- Rachel joined the International Student & Scholar Services staff in June 2023. Prior to working at American University, she worked in international services at Indiana University. Her experiences living and learning abroad as a scholar in South Korea with the Teach and Learn in Korea Program and as student in Japan at Tokyo International University inspired her passion for international education.
