Julia Manchester, The Hill 

Julia Manchester covers national politics as a breaking news reporter at The Hill, where she also serves as a reporter for TheHill.TV. She frequently appears on cable networks, such as MSNBC and Fox News to discuss the political news of the day. She previously served as a digital producer at CNN Politics, where she covered the 2016 presidential election. Manchester earned a Master's degree in political science from American University's School of Public Affairs in May of 2017. She graduated from Ithaca College in May of 2015 with a Bachelors of Science in Television-Radio.
