Tuesdays at 12:30pm. 20 minutes of grounding yourself that could change your approach to life. You do not need to be onscreen and you will not be called on!
Saturdays at 9:00am. Participants can run, walk, or even bike a 5K on a closed-off road with plenty of environment! Just show up to start and then take off at your pace.
Our screenings for Mental Health offers anonymous online screening for alcohol use, depression/suicidality, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, generalized anxiety disorder, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
