TLS Speaker Series Fall 2020 Launch with guest speaker Erika Brown Lee (Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Mastercard) and host Alex Joel (TLS Scholar-in-Residence). This series will explore what it is like, as a lawyer, to deal with privacy and technology issues in government versus the private sector.
Erika Brown Lee is a Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Mastercard. Ms. Brown Lee leads the team that develops policies, provides guidance, and ensures compliance with privacy and data protection laws across the company’s products and services, including payment processing, data analytics, and fraud-related activities for North America, Latin America and the Caribbean. Ms. Brown Lee also works closely with the company’s cybersecurity teams to develop policies and manage regulatory interactions.
